I’m a PhD student and have lived in a lot of different college apartments—this one has been the absolute best and I would definitely recommend it. Melissa in the office is wonderful and very helpful. The only thing I would change would be to have the dog park (as advertised on the website) actually be a dog park. They put up no dog signs which is weird. Also, it is a bit pricey but tbh it’s safe, quiet, and very close to campus which makes it worth the expense.

Nice looking, clean & spacious apartments. Melissa is great as the new property manager! Maintenance comes quickly & efficiently Areas of improvement: Need guest parking spots, they tow immediately even for residents. A bit pricey for an apartment that has 3 roommates & no gym

The management of this place is AWFUL, the people who work in the leasing office are AWFUL at picking up the phone and are never in the office even during the hours they’re supposed to be (your mail will also be stuck in the office for over a week). I’ve been a resident for 2 years and have had my car towed from my own spot twice, the room i was supposed to live in for the next year they gave to a new incoming resident because they “put their newer residents first.” I have had nothing good to say about the management of this place except for how fast maintenance responds to problems. After living here for two years I am moving somewhere else and highly discourage anyone from signing here due to how terrible they run this place.

To start off, their management is terrible. I’ve gotten my car towed from my own spot that I pay for, they never pick up the phone, are never in their leasing office and packages get stolen left and right because they leave them out in the open. I have been living in the smallest room and dealt with the noise of traffic every night understandably as all of my roommates already had their rooms set. However, I resigned for my 3rd year in a row and a roommate was leaving so I decided to take their room since it is significantly larger. They decided to place the new incoming roommate in that room even though i have been a resident for the past 2 years and expressed that I would like this room. They lied to me throughout the whole process and said that they would talk to management so i could get the opening room however they ended up just ignoring me completely and putting the new roommate there. They are a complete mess and if you are planning on living here, i’d consider somewhere else as overall my experience dealing with this company has been miserable.

It’s a terrible place and the leasing office is always empty. Living here, you can experience a million of bad things, with packages stolen is the lightest one. Traci Renz refuses to give me back my deposit, which is 1000 dollars. I am ready to sue. Feel free to live here.
