very much enjoy living hear, facilities and staff are great. location is also close to fsu so its a time and gas saver. rates arent too bad, doable considering Iâm a full time student. Special shout out to Melissa, she has helped me with anything I have asked about.

The office is wonderful! Staff is helpful, especially Melissa who was super kind and thorough in her response to any questions I had. I love how close it is to the stadium and campus! Perfect for an FSU student like myself.

Just moved into my townhouse at Hayden Commons and love it! The place is modern, homey, and Iâve got an awesome view of the stadium right from my apartment. The neighborhoodâs great, and everything I need is close. Management has been really helpful. Definitely happy with my choice!

My daughter recently moved in and we are amazed at how spacious the townhome is. The staff was incredibly professional efficient and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smooth. I highly recommend Hayden commons for anyone looking for a great apartment.

Iâm a PhD student and have lived in a lot of different college apartmentsâthis one has been the absolute best and I would definitely recommend it. Melissa in the office is wonderful and very helpful. The only thing I would change would be to have the dog park (as advertised on the website) actually be a dog park. They put up no dog signs which is weird. Also, it is a bit pricey but tbh itâs safe, quiet, and very close to campus which makes it worth the expense.

Nice looking, clean & spacious apartments. Melissa is great as the new property manager! Maintenance comes quickly & efficiently Areas of improvement: Need guest parking spots, they tow immediately even for residents. A bit pricey for an apartment that has 3 roommates & no gym
