The place looks wonderful and Melissa gave a very professional and detailed tour.
very much enjoy living hear, facilities and staff are great. location is also close to fsu so its a time and gas saver. rates arent too bad, doable considering Im a full time student. Special shout out to Melissa, she has helped me with anything I have asked about.
The office is wonderful! Staff is helpful, especially Melissa who was super kind and thorough in her response to any questions I had. I love how close it is to the stadium and campus! Perfect for an FSU student like myself.
This Apartment complex has been a wonderful experience to me thank to Melissa answering all my question in a timely and calm manner and helped me with all the resources that was available to me.

Just moved into my townhouse at Hayden Commons and love it! The place is modern, homey, and Ive got an awesome view of the stadium right from my apartment. The neighborhoods great, and everything I need is close. Management has been really helpful. Definitely happy with my choice!

My daughter recently moved in and we are amazed at how spacious the townhome is. The staff was incredibly professional efficient and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smooth. I highly recommend Hayden commons for anyone looking for a great apartment.
Hayden Commons is a great community, its a beautiful community just around the corner from the stadium.

Melissa in the leasing office is very helpful and the space overall is awesome. Definitely will be resigning in the fall!!!
Nice looking, clean spacious apartments. Melissa is great as the new property manager! Maintenance comes quickly efficientlyAreas of improvement: Need guest parking spots, they tow immediately even for residents. A bit pricey for an apartment that has 3 roommates no gym
